On-Line Personal Training and Diet Packages
On-Line Training works two ways; One option is the one-time Workout Plan with Eating Plan. With this plan, you take the plan and apply it to your lifestyle. You have 30 days to ask questions and refine the program. Month to Month after that is also available. I will ask for weekly photos and a current weight in order to keep your program dialed in just for you.
The One-Time Workout Plan and Eating Plan is $50.00
For ON-LINE training: On-line training runs a bit differently. Your sessions will be managed on a weekly basis, but sold in 3 month sessions so that you are well on your way to seeing and feeling the difference.
NEW "SKYPE" Online Training: Minimum Package is 5, 30 minute sessions = $150.00
10, 30 minute sessions = $270.00
20, 30 minute sessions = $500.00 (Best Value)
How it works: We both schedule our training session and set up our skpe addresses in advance. We discuss what you will need to have near you during our session and I walk you through each exercise, correcting form and calling out encouragement and instruction. I can see a lot via this training method and will determine when to add weight or different angles in training.

This is a great followup to the one-time workout program and eating plan to help you reach your goal. With this program, I will monitor your progress weekly by receiving a photo and a current weight. Based on the photos and weight, your program will be tailored accordingly. You can stop the month to month program at any time.
